Since Tildenet acquired Bosmere in December 2015, they have not wasted any time in applying their enviable customer service standards to the new acquisition. Order fulfilment levels are key to the Tildenet organisation and by the end of February, Bosmere had risen from 70% in Spring 2015 to 92.5 % this year.
Andrew Downey, Managing Director, Tildenet said “We have had strong retailer support for the changes we have implemented. Our new X000sq ft warehouse in Bristol will be on stream very shortly and this will allow us to bring Bosmere in line with Tildenet and provide our customers with 98% stock availability. We have also taken the opportunity to increase our sales team to 13 Agents covering the UK and Republic of Ireland. Our Gardenware Division now comprises Bosmere, Haxnicks and Tildenet brands and provides a ‘one stop shop’ for a huge range of key garden sundries – one order, one delivery, one invoice.”
All 3 brands are experiencing a positive start to the gardening season from an increased customer base and retailer support as a result of their recent acquisition.
